Theme of The Game
Inspired by the horror genre and the works of H. P. Lovecraft, Cthulhu’s story revolves around a being that is part octopus and part dragon, a creature of nightmare. It has wings, claws, and tentacles, so quite far from the kind of thing you’d want to run into at night.
For the design of this slot machine, they’ve chosen a dark atmosphere, visible both in the background image and in many of the symbols. Even though the four card suit icons are of lower value, even they look grim, thanks to the transparent background which shows us the storm from behind. The diamond comes next on that list, followed by five top-paying character symbols. Wilds will also show up on the reels, along with scatters.
