Camelot and its famous heroes, along with the sword Excalibur, are part of stories that have been told countless times, and in many forms. One of those forms is the modern slot machine, dozens of these games already released and using these stories as a basis. Special Features

The first major symbol that I’d like to mention, is the W Coin, being used as the wild. You can only use this one as a replacement symbol, it doesn’t pay you directly.

A feature that we’ve seen in several other Microgaming slots, is the one involving a jackpot meter, shown on the left side of the screen. It tells you how much you can win, with a certain number of Excalibur scatters visible. A minimum of five are required to get a smaller prize, but with all 10 on the reels, you can claim 10,000x the stake immediately.

Legend of the Sword also comes with a free spins feature. The requirements are simple, though that doesn’t mean that they’re easy to meet. You need 3 scatters with Camelot in view, to get it.

3 free spins are awarded initially, and you reset the number whenever Excalibur scatters appear in view. In this mode, the scatters are collected, so they don’t reset between free spins. Get all 10 collected before the free spins feature ends, to get the 10,000x jackpot. As you collect these scatters, each one gives a 1x boost to the multiplier, so regular wins are better as well.

Maximum Payouts

A 10,000x top jackpot is possible through the main feature, where up to 10 Excalibur scatters will get you paid immediately. Considering the free spins multipliers, and the 3,125 ways to win, you could probably get to that jackpot through regular combinations as well.
