How to Play Abracadabra

The game design is quite simple. There are 5 reels with 3 rows each, totaling for 243 ways to win. Bonus Features and Payouts

Once at least 3 matching symbols land on the first 3 or more reels a Cascade is triggered. The winning symbols get removed from the screen and new symbols drop from the Power Reel on top. Then the cascading symbols on the regular reels fill in the empty slots.

The Power reel can come with two different symbols that can land. The first is the Wilds. They can come with lives attached, 1, 2 or 3. One life is taken for each spin or cascade. The wilds remain in their position for the duration of their lives.

The second symbol that can land is Power Ups. They can come as Extra Free Spins or Multipliers. They are available only during the Super Free Spins, as well as the regular Free Spins bonus. If the multiplier lands during the free spins they award 1 level, while in the Super Free Spins 1, 2, or 3 levels on the multiplier meter.

What’s interesting about the feature is that each win will increase the win multiplier, both in base play and in the free spins. It will grow with each level, starting with x1. The best part is there is no limit to how high the win multiplier can go.

Free Spins Bonus

The feature in Abracadabra is triggered by landing 3 or more Scatters across the reels. You are awarded 7 free spins for 3 scatters, with an extra 2 free spins for each additional scatter. During the feature, the multiplier on the left doesn’t reset if there is an empty spin. During the feature, you can get bigger multipliers, wilds, and extra free spins from the Power Up.

The game also comes with a Super Free Spins bonus. To trigger it you will need to collect 450 scatters as you play. This sounds like a lot, but you can also activate the Power Bet, and for an extra half of your original bet the scatters count as doubles. They come as bottles with 2 necks, so you can collect them quite fast.

During the Super Free Spins, you enjoy all of the benefits of the regular bonus, with the addition that the multiplier can increase by up to 3 steps.

If you don’t want to wait for the bonus to land you can instantly buy it for a price of 90x the stake. You get the regular 7 free spins bonus for this price. But if you want to spend 120x the stake, you can get anywhere from 7 to 11 free spins. The difference in price is low, but 11 free spins can bring much bigger payouts than the original 7.

Comparison with Other slots

There are some slots out there with a somewhat similar feature like Abracadabra, but I haven’t come across one that is really the same. So, I could recommend a number of other slots from Peter & Sons to try. My preferred titles are Thunder Hawk, Book of Books, Monster Box, and Sherwood Marauders. You can give these slots a try and maybe try some other slots from this provider.

Benefits and Drawbacks

In general, Abracadabra comes as a top-notch slot. It has a great bonus round and comes with a high payout potential. But I would like to have the option to buy the Super Bonus, instead of having to wait to collect all those scatters. I know the price will probably be high, but many high-rollers would love to use it.
