Pirots 2 is one of those games where I wish I had an unlimited gambling budget. The Super Bonus is super tempting to buy, but I just don’t have that bankroll for more than one buy. Bonus Features and Payouts

The most interesting part of the game is how the payouts work. There are four birds that can land on the screen and each one of them can collect the corresponding amber symbol in the same color. So to get a win a bird needs to land next to a matching amber symbol. After that the birds can move around the reels and collect the corresponding symbols. The amber symbols can also be upgraded to higher level payouts, up to a maximum level of 7.

As symbols are collected the meter above the reels is filled. Once full it will release at least one feature symbol on the screen. A maximum of 3 feature symbols can be released at once. The feature symbols can uncover a Wild, Bonus Symbol, Egg, Upgrade, Transform, Popcorn, Coins, or the Red Button. If the birds manage to collect 3 bonus symbols from the screen in one game round the free spins bonus is triggered.

Free Spins Bonus

The free spins bonus starts with 5 free drops. It starts on the 6×6 grid, but with the upgrades, it can reach the maximum 8×8. If you collect another 3 bonus symbols during the feature you get additional free drops. During the feature the Egg symbol releases a dinosaur, forcing the birds off the reels and then landing in different positions. The Coins symbol is my favorite, as it can bring hefty prizes or even the Max Win Coin.

The Transform symbol will convert a group of symbols to another amber, while the Popcorn symbols allow the birds to move across empty spaces and hopefully collect more symbols. The Red Button symbol causes a meteor to hit the reels, expanding the grid to 8×8. The classic Wild symbol will replace all other amber symbols on the screen.

If the birds that are adjacent to one another can’t collect any symbols they can perform a Switcheroo and change their position. But if 3 or more birds are next to each other the real fun starts. They start fighting leaving and collecting feature symbols along the way.

If you want to use the X-iter option you can instantly buy the feature for 100x the stake. But if you want to risk it all for the really big wins, go for the Super Bonus for 500x the stake. Just be prepared to have a big bankroll, as sometimes the features can pay peanuts.

Comparison with Other slots

I think we all know what the obvious comparison here will be. If you haven’t you need to try the original Pirots game and compare it to the sequel. Only then you can know which one you like better. For me both slots are great and have a lot to offer. It’s up to you to decide which one is better.

Benefits and Drawbacks

For me, the biggest drawback in Pirots 2 is the fact that the super bonus comes with a price tag of 500x the stake. In my opinion, this is just too much for the regular players to use. Also many times the super can pay only peanuts, so you end up losing a big chunk of your bankroll pretty fast.

Overall, Pirots 2 is a great game with a lot to offer. It has a unique gameplay and comes with a great set of bonus features.
